Not neglecting her love for her community and her desire to see women empowered, Rashida created I AM SUPERB – a community outreach program designed to bolster confidence and self-esteem in young women. She also started the GLAM Empowerment Camp for teen girls during the Pandemic that helps girls with self-esteem and self-confidence.

As a beauty educator, Rashida graduated from beauty school with her Esthecian Diploma , teaches at Wayne County Community College, hosts virtual & in person classes for everyday women to unlock their inner beauty, and teaches and consults professional makeup artists on their businesses, best practices, and providing extraordinary customer service to their clients.
