Over the past 15 years nearly 300 driven, focused and immensely talented artists have participated in the Evolution program. Those artists have become the core of The Powder Group community, have inspired countless others and have gone on to create some of the most amazing careers in our industry. Their journey has been our community's journey.

Elevation is the next level on that journey.

Led by Michael DeVellis and James Vincent, and exclusively available to Evolution alumni, the program is back in Provincetown to guide us all on our journey of next. Like Evolution, the program content will not be shared in advance. We will dig into personal, career, creative, wellness and business building programming in unique and TPG-exclusive ways.

WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT FROM ELEVATION?
The most important thing you should know about Elevation is that it is not simply a repeat of Evolution. While we will focus on personal and professional development and creativity as we do in Evolution, we will be using new sessions and new ways of getting us to each of our next levels. Elevation 2024 is also not simply a repeat of our last Elevation program. Each session is unique and while there may be some overlap of content, the new mix of participants will absolutely change the program completely for any attendee who is repeating the program for a second time.

What if you have moved forward into another area of focus that is not makeup related? Is the program still good for you? Yes absolutely. We will be pushing ourselves, and each other, in ways that will help us refocus and move everything forward no matter where your current or future focus lies. There will be some makeup focused portions of the event but makeup is not a primary focus of the program.

As with Evolution, we will not be sharing the agenda for the program in advance. Unlike Evolution, you may share anything from the program you’d like on social media or with others.

HOW MANY PARTICIPANTS WILL THERE BE?
We have no minimum or maximum participation number for the program.

ELEVATION PROGRAM SCHEDULE
Sunday, October 6 - Welcome Gathering - 6:30-8:00 PM
Monday, October 7 - Thursday, October 10 - Program Days - 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Friday, October 11 - Final Program Day - 9:00 AM-3:00 PM
Please note that Elevation is a live, in person event and is unavailable as a digital online program.

WHAT IF YOU CAN’T MAKE THE ENTIRE EVENT?
Like Evolution, it is important to be present for the entire program in order to maximize your experience. However, unlike Evolution, that is not a requirement of participation. If you need to arrive later than Sunday or leave earlier than Friday at 3:00 PM, that is fine. That said, the program rate is the program rate and can not be pro-rated for partial participation.

Please note that we are unable to repeat or provide any missed program content but you can still choose to attend if you have to miss days. You are, however, requested to take part of all of the sessions each day that you are in town for the program.

PROGRAM FEE
$1900.00 - Includes program participation and all program supplies, breakfast and lunch Monday - Friday and welcome gathering. Deposit of $500 is required to hold your space. Payments of balance may be paid after the program over time. **Please Note: Accommodations are not included in the rate.

Deposits may be paid via PayPal by emailing the $500 deposit to payments@thepowdergroup.com and I will confirm your participation upon receipt of the deposit. You may, of course, pay for the program in full at the time of registration.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Attendees are requested to book their accommodations at Provincetown Inn, where the program will be hosted and where a special TPG rate is being offered. Michael and James will be staying at the Inn for the program. Please note you are welcome to share rooms for the Elevation program if you'd like, taking into consideration safety protocols as required.

Room rates for Sunday checking through Friday checkout range from $109.00- $169.00 per night depending on room type. You can book online at www.provincetowninn.com and receive these rates by following the below procedure.

Put in the date range of your stay, then select “rate options’ and check the box for “Elevation Powder Group 2024” and click “check availability. Put code PDGF in Group Code section when you are checking out and the correct reduced room rate will show up on your booking. Please note this is a new process for booking now that the Inn is under new ownership.

GUEST POLICY
It is important that you are focused and present for the program. We prefer that you do not bring family or friends to Provincetown during the program. This is your time to be fully focused on your and the other participants of the program's development and connection as a community. If you do bring someone with you, please note that only attendees are able to participate in any program pieces including meals.

REGISTRATION
- A deposit of $500 holds your space for Elevation.
- Deposit can be paid through Paypal by sending to payments@thepowdergroup.com or by kenya@thepowdergroup.com directly to pay by credit card.
- Balance payment, while appreciated before the start of the program, may be paid over time throughout 2024.
