The Powder Group is thrilled to present a very special end of the year program with Form + Light founder Sarah Rigano (BIO). This intimate wellness program will open participants to tools and practices that they can integrate into their everyday lives, and gift unique take away power objects so they may hold the memory of their experience.

Working with the energies of the season, Sarah will guide participants through a series of meditations, activations, sound journeys and ceremony, to shift attendee’s energetic perception—making space to honor and release 2019 and claim clear vision and intentions for moving into the New Year wrapped in empowered possibility.

The program will take place at SkyRise Farm, the upstate awakening space of FORM + LIGHT – close to 50 bucolic acres, located amid the storied Hudson Valley, along the Northest corner of Dutchess County, in Millerton, NY. Held by the rise of the Berkshires and Taconic Mountains to the East, with unparalleded views of the Catskills to the West, the property is a mix of woods, pastures and hay fields, with two spring fed ponds, streams, a waterfall, old specimen trees and indigenous wildlife, the likes of eagles, hawks, ravens and other animals that call the farm home. The abundant natural beauty of the land and powerful energetic resonance it holds will support attendees in a profound moment of honoring self, community and the natural world that surrounds, exploring their present and preparing for their future with an elevated sense of purpose, wisdom and truth.

Travel Information

SkyRise Farm is located in the heart of the Hudson Valley, in Millerton, NY. Situated in the Northeast corner of Dutchess County, the property is 90 miles north of Manhattan, via a two hour drive along the scenic Taconic State Parkway, or easily accessible by train from Grand Central via Metro North Railroad to Wassaic, or Penn Station via Amtrak to the Rhinecliff Station.

Options for out of state guests include Stewart International Airport, an hour away, as well as Albany International Airport and Bradley International Airport, both an hour and a half away- all of which offer domestic and international service.

Having spent close to a decade furthering sustainable design within the fashion and home industries for the likes of CFDA award-winning brands and Fortune 500 companies, Sarah was called in 2011 to a journey of realization which led to her initiation in a range of ancient healing modalities including: Andean Shamanism (As a full mesa carrier), Masters in Usui and Shamanic Reiki, Energy Medicine, Stonalism, Vogel Crystal Healing, Past Life Regression Therapy and Quantum Sound Healing. As a modern day medicine woman, she holds a deep respect and appreciation for the seen and unseen worlds, recognizing the energy that exists in all, be it animate or inanimate objects, for everything has a frequency, a vibration at which it resonates that informs and inspires. The spaces in which we dwell, our individual, interior and exterior environments are of no exception.
